  • Verification
    We regularly verify the effectiveness of our HACCP system through audits, testing, and reviews to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    We maintain comprehensive records of our HACCP plan, monitoring data, corrective actions, and verification activities to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Employee Training
    We provide ongoing training to our staff on food safety practices, HACCP principles, and their roles and responsibilities in maintaining food safety.
