Return & Refund Policy

At Nuts Enough, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Our nut butters are carefully packed in glass jars, wrapped in bubble wrap, and secured with stuffing in kraft boxes before being shipped to you by our trusted courier partners. Each jar sent out is from the freshest batch with a shelf life of 12 months.

Return Policy:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted if the wrong item has been packed by our team and items are returned unopened, in an orderly manner within 7 days of receipt.
  • Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy. We will request for a proof of visual and/or video inspection for the items affected, may it be a clear visual and/or an unboxing video of a particular problem with the affected items.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted once orders have been shipped.
  • Returns or refunds are not allowed after 7 days from the date of receipt, whether offline or online.
  • Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns once the product seal has been opened/tampered with.

Exchange Policy (For Unsatisfactory Products):

  • If you find the product unsatisfactory due to a bad smell or suspected contamination, kindly return the product to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The amount consumed from the jar should be less than 50g and must be returned to us for thorough investigation for an exchange to be considered.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team at shop@nutsenough.com with your receipt or order number and details of the issue.
  • Please include the following information in the email: 

    a) Order Number (online purchase) or Official Receipt (offline purchase)
    b) Product Name
    c) a visual of the expiry date
    d) a visual and/or video of the condition of the jar

Any missing information will delay/hinder the return or exchange process.

  • Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
  • All returns shipping will be borne by the buyer/requestor.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
