Ingredients

  • 1 jar Kikiriki PEANUT Butter Creamy 350g
  • 100g baby oats
  • 60g honey
  • 30g protein powder (may substitute with any antioxidant powder)
  • 5g vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g mini chocolate chips or dried cranberries

 

Instructions

  1. Mix Kikiriki PEANUT Butter Creamy, baby oats, honey, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit cranberries.
  3. Roll into 30 bite-sized balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

 

Notes

Freezing Instructions: Energy bites freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

Substitution: 2 jars of Nuts Enough CASHEW Butter 185g may be used instead of 1 jar Kikiriki PEANUT Butter Creamy.
